What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on transformational SEO and GEO strategies that support measurable business outcomes.
• Lead structured discovery, opportunity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and executive-level recommendations.
• Develop phased, multi-quarter roadmaps with priorities, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Design governance frameworks, operating models, workflows, and standards across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content.
• Facilitate workshops, prioritization sessions, and executive briefings while managing risks and implementation blockers.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support adoption, customer growth, and methodology development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO/GEO consulting, change management, enterprise advisory, SaaS, or MarTech.
• Experience leading structured discovery engagements and converting insights into executive-level strategic roadmaps.
• Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders and drive strategic alignment.
• Strong expertise in SEO/GEO strategy, competitive analysis, performance measurement, facilitation, and executive communication.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks, reprioritize initiatives, and handle multiple strategic engagements simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SEO/GEO and digital marketing platforms such as hirify.global, BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, or SimilarWeb.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search trends, content strategy frameworks, and advanced analytics integrations.
• Background in digital marketing consultancy or professional services.
