What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across industries and geographies.
• Perform in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to generate sophisticated hypotheses.
• Communicate insights to clients and stakeholders to guide decisions and change execution.
• Lead key workstreams independently while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Contribute expertise to a relevant BCG practice area.
• Travel as required to collaborate with clients on-site.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience managing teams and implementing business strategies.
• Advanced degree or exceptional professional experience beyond a bachelor's degree.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create solutions, adapt across projects and teams, and communicate strategies precisely.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, required.
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to changing project environments.
