Sr. Strategy Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based along the East Coast. Regional in-person engagement may be required, with a mix of virtual and in-person events.

What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of executive workshops for new and existing enterprise clients.
• Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to identify insights and growth opportunities.
• Conduct approximately four-week strategy engagements focused on client transformation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, findings, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop CFO-quality business cases, value narratives, and strategic points of view.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client and internal strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, such as top-tier management consulting, global systems integration strategy, or internal strategy consulting.
• Experience with operating models, digital transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise strategy.
• Exceptional technical visualization skills using PowerPoint, physical or virtual whiteboards, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Integrative use of AI to improve the quality and reach of insights.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, finance, informatics, or technology.
