Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 USD per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead proposals and RFP responses with Sales, Product, FDE, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Create sales presentation, demonstration, and negotiation materials covering commercial and technical details.
• Formulate AI/ML use cases, business cases, value models, and customer value propositions.
• Develop pricing frameworks and models for enterprise AI software and guide deal-level execution.
• Research industries, competitors, market opportunities, internal KPIs, partnerships, and strategic plans.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows for proposal generation, competitive research, market analysis, and executive materials while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
• 6–9 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative modeling, value modeling, pricing analysis, and ROI/business case skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready document production.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
• United States work authorization without current or future company sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Interest in enterprise AI and experience in Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, or Healthcare.
• Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms in strategy, sales, or business development.
• MBA from a top-tier school.
