Telesales Agent (PropTech)

What you will do

• Make inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers and pitch hirify.global packages and services.
• Build customer relationships, support repeat business, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Record customer sales, calls, meetings, notes, and buyer profiles accurately in the CRM.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when required and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints.
• Meet monthly KPIs and revenue targets while ensuring timely customer payment collection.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales experience with a proven record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic are required.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and basic experience with call centre systems and solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation, consultative sales, customer service, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills; ability to follow scripts and handle objections.
