hirify.global is building an AI-native procurement platform that connects people, approval workflows, suppliers, and enterprise systems to make purchasing faster, safer, and more efficient.

What you will do

• Build the operational layer for the product organization, including tools, integrations, workflows, metrics, communications, and documentation.
• Design and implement AI agents, Claude skills, and automations that synthesize customer signals, generate drafts and release notes, and reduce repetitive work for product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Own the product tool stack, its configuration, adoption, integrations, evaluation, and sources of truth for roadmap data, decisions, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate product launches and releases, maintaining readiness criteria, release tracking, documentation, and alignment between product, sales, customer, and marketing teams.
• Structure alpha, beta, and design partner programmes, including participation criteria, feedback routing, commitments, and readiness for general availability.
• Own company-level product metrics, product communications, roadmap materials, product events, learning sessions, and technical product documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or internal tools that other people adopted and continued using.
• Ability to pull, analyze, and communicate data so product managers can act on it.
• Systems-thinking skills, strong writing ability, and experience coordinating complex events with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment and a record of high performance in academia, work, or both.
