What you will do

• Consult with client business teams to design and build the configuration required within hirify.global software products.
• Act as the subject matter expert on configuration tooling and ways of working.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, well-governed configuration solutions.
• Define configuration standards, support delivery teams and users in applying them, and mentor teams to enable effective self-service configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration challenges by investigating root causes across system logic, data, and platform behavior.
• Guide development of next-generation, agent-driven configuration capabilities, ensuring automation and AI-enabled features are safe, usable, and aligned to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience leading configuration in enterprise systems, especially systems supporting Marketing or Commercial activities.
• Strong background with configurable digital platforms or enterprise SaaS products, including a solid technical understanding of how systems are designed and operate.
• Proven ability to work effectively between business stakeholders and development teams, translating requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Experience improving configuration in complex, multi-team enterprise environments and driving adoption with operational users.
• Demonstrated leadership in maturing configuration capabilities, standards, and ways of working across teams or organizations.
• Exposure to end-to-end product development and lifecycle management (discovery through delivery and optimization).
