Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Berlin, hybrid; remote work is available within European time zones. Office options include Copenhagen and London.

What you will do

• Shape product priorities and sequencing with leadership by weighing customer problems, strategic direction, and commercial priorities.
• Conduct customer interviews, market analysis, product-data reviews, venue visits, and research with Sales and Customer Success.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to determine the best product solutions.
• Build prototypes, research, synthesise information, and pressure-test ideas using AI in day-to-day product work.
• Maintain high product standards while shipping pragmatic first versions and improving them over time.
• Own cross-functional product work across sales, customer success, marketing, and support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native products where AI is central to the user experience.
• Strong product judgement, quality standards, customer focus, ownership, and pragmatic decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration experience with design, engineering, and other functions.
• Fluent English and availability within European time zones; based in Europe for the Berlin hybrid or remote arrangement.
