What you will do

• Build scalable mechanisms for launching Murphy's product in new markets.
• Drive product expansion into global markets and adjacent business areas.
• Operate as the product organization's operating system and own outcomes end to end.
• Deeply investigate problems and develop practical solutions.
• Help scale operations as the company expands its AI-powered debt recovery platform.

Requirements

• STEM degree.
• Record of high academic achievement.
• AI-native mindset and strong quality standards.
• Builder and operator mentality with end-to-end ownership.
• Collections or fintech experience is not required.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in London.
