Product Engineer (AI): Building and shipping SaaS product features for a platform that manages hardware deployment, tracking, and retrieval for distributed workforces with an accent on rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, and customer-focused product decisions. Focus on evaluating live features, monitoring performance and model behavior, debugging AI-generated output, and iterating with customers and the product team.
Location: Remote from the EU or UK, with a flexible hybrid option connected to the Amsterdam HQ

What you will do
- Turn customer and business problems into working prototypes and harden successful concepts into production features.
- Use AI agents and tooling to design, build, test, and ship product functionality while validating their output.
- Make product decisions about priorities, scope, and the quality threshold for shipping.
- Set up evaluations and monitoring to determine whether released features work effectively in production.
- Work directly with customers, support, and the product team to identify high-impact opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience and a solid technical foundation in how software systems and data flows work.
- Ability to read, reason about, and debug code produced by you and AI agents.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping products or features, including through side projects, internships, hackathons, or previous employment.
- Experience working in a team, receiving and giving feedback, and reviewing work.
- Early-career product sense, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to ship small increments and iterate.
- Ability to work remotely from the EU or UK or use the available hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience at a SaaS or product company.
- Independently built side projects or small products used by real people.
- Hands-on experience running evaluations, monitoring inference costs, or handling model failure modes such as hallucinations.
