Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

  • Directly manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the East region.
  • Develop and support the existing sales team through hands-on management.
  • Drive regional growth and support the expansion of the hiring plan.
  • Develop account executives and strengthen team performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of first-line leadership experience managing Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Experience with the MEDDIC and Command of the Message playbooks.
  • A proven track record of hands-on management and developing account executives.
