What you will do

• Lead and grow a regional team of Project Managers and Producers to develop and launch events from A to Z.
• Manage the region's P&L and define growth strategies to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships and negotiate business deals with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
• Audit team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
• Define and support the scalability of regional experiences to other global markets.
• Represent the company at local events and handle detailed analysis of business opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting backgrounds.
• Must be based in Madrid to work from the local office.
• Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing large teams.
• Proven ability to influence, persuade, and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience managing complex projects and executing detailed business analyses.
