Regional Manager (Entertainment)

Location: Madrid, Spain; office-based with possible travel across hirify.global’s markets

What you will do

• Build and lead teams of Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, and other profiles across Spain and Portugal.
• Define regional growth strategy, oversee the local portfolio of experiences, and manage the region’s P&L.
• Develop relationships with major entertainment companies, local partners, venues, and other industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals and expand the local partner network.
• Audit team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
• Lead the development, launch, management, and scalability of complex touring and non-touring experiences across markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, startups, or consulting.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills, including work with C-level executives.
• Ability to coordinate and audit internal and external teams while managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading worldwide touring or non-touring project roll-outs co-created with major entertainment companies.
