Platform Engineer, Golang & IaC

hirify.global provides an infrastructure orchestration platform for traditional and AI-accelerated infrastructure, integrating IaC tools into governed workflows.

What you will do

• Build and own the platform supporting CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
• Improve code delivery pipelines by reducing friction, tightening feedback loops, and eliminating flakiness.
• Strengthen SLOs, observability, alert quality, incident response, and postmortem practices.
• Optimize platform costs and scaling behavior across workloads and regions.
• Own internal developer experience, from local development through production debugging.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and improve the systems and processes behind it.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend or platform engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Go.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, or developer-facing tooling.
• Experience with on-call operations, root-cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with an IaC tool such as OpenTofu, Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong communication, product thinking, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code or Datadog.
• PostgreSQL or Aurora optimization experience.
