Test Engineer (PCB and Test Automation)

What you will do

• Develop PCB schematics and layouts for reliability and test boards, including component and PCB library maintenance.
• Support hardware design reviews, documentation, and hardware architecture standardization.
• Develop and maintain software tools for engineering productivity, workflow automation, data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Validate and troubleshoot custom circuitry through soldering, bench evaluation, measurement, and hardware design verification.
• Support AER lot execution, monitoring, PLM documentation, test plans, validation matrices, and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NPI and sustaining project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, computer, or software engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics, software development principles, and programming concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCB schematic capture and layout tools such as Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of C#, Python, VB.NET, scripting, software development, and automation.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test, product qualification, or reliability testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
