Senior Staff Test Engineer (ATE)

What you will do

• Develop ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware.
• Create test plans and methodology documentation aligned with product specifications.
• Review testability and test plans with DFx and Design teams to improve yield and testing methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yields, and release production test programs with product engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Effective communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a motivated individual contributor, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
