Salary: $160,200 – $240,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on the Advantest 93K platform.
• Design and develop high-speed ATE hardware supporting data rates above 112 Gbps.
• Create comprehensive test plans and methodologies aligned with stringent product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams to review testability and improve yield.
• Convert design-level test content into ATE-ready test patterns for production environments.
• Optimize test flows to reduce test time, eliminate redundancies, and improve yields.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering (NPI, ATE development, silicon characterization).
• Expertise in high-speed SerDes, DFT/DFM, and high-power ATE testing.
• Proven technical leadership in test development for AI, networking, and advanced compute products.
• Strong proficiency with the Advantest 93K platform and programming in Java, C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
