TL;DR
Senior/Staff Test Engineer (IoT): Developing and deploying production test solutions for RF, analog, and mixed-signal wireless SoCs with an accent on ATE platforms, embedded test firmware, and manufacturing test hardware. Focus on first-silicon bring-up, test-time and yield optimization, cross-site correlation, and data-driven analysis of semiconductor test results.
Location: Singapore; hybrid role with office attendance above Tai Seng MRT station

What you will do
- Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF, analog, and mixed-signal SoCs on in-house and commercial ATE platforms.
- Collaborate with design teams on test plans for new IP blocks, functional requirements, and reliability expectations.
- Design load boards, probe cards, test circuits, and PCB layouts for high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop, optimize, and release test programs for NPI products.
- Lead first-silicon bring-up, characterization, volume ramp, and test correlation across sites and packages.
- Improve test time, yield, and coverage through root-cause analysis; mentor junior engineers and improve testing methodologies.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of ATE development experience.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows, including wafer sort, final test, and SLT.
- Experience writing embedded test firmware in C or C++ for microcontroller products.
- Experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne UltraFlex or J750, or equivalent systems.
- Knowledge of RF, analog, or mixed-signal measurements and experience designing test hardware and PCB layouts using Altium or equivalent.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, with the ability to debug test hardware and software.
Nice to have
- Experience with wireless SoCs and technologies such as BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, or Matter.
- Knowledge of DFT, boundary scan, BIST, semiconductor process flows, and product architecture.
- Experience with test data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or SiliconDash.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and Git.
