What you will do

• Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed-signal SoCs on ATE platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to create comprehensive test plans for new IP blocks.
• Design test hardware including load boards and probe cards for manufacturing environments.
• Lead first silicon bring-up and characterization in partnership with design and product engineering.
• Drive test program development, optimization, and release to production for NPI products.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve test methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of ATE development experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows including wafer sort, final test, and SLT.
• Proficiency in writing embedded test firmware in C/C++.
• Experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne UltraFlex or J750.
• Ability to design test hardware circuits and PCB layout using tools like Altium.
• Proficient in programming with C++ and Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with wireless SoCs like BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, or Matter.
• Understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT), boundary scan, and BIST.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SiliconDash, SQL, or R.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and version control (Git).
