Hardware Test Automation Intern (Python/SQL)

Location: Onsite in Singapore, primarily from an HPE partner or customer office

What you will do

• Validate engineering implementations for Ethernet switch systems against specifications and requirements.
• Develop and extend automated test coverage.
• Conduct data analysis and validation using Python and SQL.
• Build automated scripts to analyze test data and verify compliance.
• Automate data collection and aggregation for reporting dashboards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation while contributing to independent engineering projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another engineering discipline.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with a programming language such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Strong interest in coding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Passion for technology, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• University leadership, student organization, or community service experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.
