What you will do
- Identify, approach, and engage exceptional candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Own sourcing projects in LinkedIn Recruiter, including target profiles, search strategies, and outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate motivation and fit.
- Help implement HiBob and establish scalable, data-driven People Operations systems.
- Design and improve recruiting, onboarding, employee data, and internal workflows.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate repetitive People processes.
Requirements
- Availability for at least four months, starting as soon as possible.
- Current or recently completed degree in business, psychology, human resources, technology, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with active sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Confidence using LinkedIn; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Native-level German and fluent English are required.
- Structured, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment; experience with HiBob or another HRIS.
