Working Student – Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bayern, Germany; 20 hours per week. Mobile working is available as a benefit.

What you will do

• Support the full recruiting process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and final selection activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, documents, and overviews in the ATS.
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks for the recruiting team.
• Prepare and organize career fairs, recruiting events, and related activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve Talent Acquisition processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Human Resources Management, Sociology, or a similar field.
• Passion for recruiting, people, and communication.
• C1/C2-level English and at least B2-level German.
• Availability and motivation to work 20 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with a wide range of people on an equal footing.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and motivated way, with curiosity and creativity.
• Authentic and open personality, positive energy, and comfort around dogs.
