We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (mid-level) to join our team remotely within Germany!
Ideally, you have 1–4 years of recruiting experience, enjoy tech recruiting, are comfortable working in a defense/security environment, with systems and tools, and are curious about AI and automation.
We’re not looking for a senior profile, but someone hands-on, tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented who enjoys improving processes just as much as finding great talent.
