VIE - HR Project Manager (HR)

Location: Taufkirchen/Ottobrunn, Munich Area, Germany; onsite role with mobile working possible after agreement with the department.

What you will do

• Support the People Ramp Up through talent acquisition metrics analysis, open-job tracking, and actions to accelerate recruitment with HR Business Partners.
• Translate talent acquisition processes into user-friendly solutions for managers.
• Lead an onboarding improvement project for newcomers across locations and businesses.
• Roll out and improve in-house leadership training.
• Support AI use as a co-pilot for faster and more efficient HR services.
• Collaborate with local teams and Senior HR Business Partners on Future Leadership, Employer Branding, strategic workforce topics, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Management with a concentration or major in People Operations, Strategic HR, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• First practical experience in an international HR role is welcome, ideally in project management, recruitment, digital HR transformation, or HR controlling; apprenticeships and internships count.
• Proactive self-starter with full ownership of initiatives and a performance mindset.
• Curiosity, commitment to lifelong learning, and the ability to adapt rapidly to evolving domains.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, transparent communication, and a focus on individual and team well-being.
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with dynamic reprioritization.
• Exemplary ethics and integrity when handling sensitive HR data.
• VIE eligibility: aged 18–28 and a citizen of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein; registration before the 28th birthday on civiweb.com is required.
