What you will do

• Coordinate project activities from order intake to end commissioning using the hirify.global Project Execution Model.
• Ensure project targets regarding scope, quality, safety, delivery time, and profitability are met.
• Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage issue escalation.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, internal project teams, and stakeholders.
• Organize and manage customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and punch list closure.
• Coordinate site activities, including safety and technicians coordination during commissioning.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or an equivalent field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in industrial environments (paper/tissue industry is a plus).
• English proficiency: minimum B2.
• Availability to travel 60–100 days per year.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Agile/Scrum certifications.
