Power HVM Workstream Project Leader

What you will do

• Lead the Power HVM workstream and manage mono-disciplinary projects or subprojects.
• Create project plans and roadmaps aligned with hirify.global’s project management framework.
• Define project scope, translate requirements into deliverables, and manage scope changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements analysis, process improvements, deliverable verification, and benefit realization.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, project risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, status reporting, and project reviews.
• Own the parts change notification process and apply dose control expertise to Power projects.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a technical field or generic project management.
• Good knowledge of the managed technical area and awareness of related business issues.
• Knowledge of project management standards and the ability to lead others on a project.
• Source/Power-related competency is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under the United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
