Salary: $195,600 - $332,500

What you will do

• Lead the waterfall planning process to generate the multi-year Plan of Record (POR) for the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family.
• Manage and coach a team of Technical Project Managers supporting various subsystem teams.
• Drive POR execution and reviews to ensure deliverables and milestones are met regarding performance and cost.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality leadership to resolve execution issues.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to prepare materials for PLC Phase exits.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware or semiconductor systems development.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience leading supplier-heavy and customer-visible programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-organizational influence skills.
• Must be based in Milpitas, CA.
