What you will do
- Create engaging and effective training materials for software clients.
- Support clients through their implementation journey with structured training activities.
- Transform technical documentation into accessible training modules and assessments.
- Develop onboarding and training content for internal team members.
- Participate in team brainstorming and contribute to e-learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2+ years of experience creating training material for software applications.
- Certificate or Diploma in instructional design, curriculum development, or related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote.
- Advanced English writing and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the utility sector.
- Background in SaaS or software implementation.
