What you will do

• Create engaging and effective training materials for software clients.
• Support clients through their implementation journey with structured training activities.
• Transform technical documentation into accessible training modules and assessments.
• Develop onboarding and training content for internal team members.
• Participate in team brainstorming and contribute to e-learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2+ years of experience creating training material for software applications.
• Certificate or Diploma in instructional design, curriculum development, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote.
• Advanced English writing and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the utility sector.
• Background in SaaS or software implementation.
