Implementation Manager (Legal Tech)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end software implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation and align expectations with deliverables.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and customer success teams.
• Lead client onboarding activities, including system configuration, data migration, and training.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and process issues while configuring solutions for legal operations.

Requirements

• Relevant education and at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with CLM systems or similar legal technology platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and troubleshoot technical or process issues.
• Experience with automated workflow and process mapping tools; familiarity with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI, and project management tools.
• Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills at C1–C2 level. Advanced MS Word and document formatting skills are also required.
