Implementation Engineer (Senior/Lead, US Region)

Location: Work from office in Hyderabad or Chennai, India; working hours are 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST.

What you will do

• Engage with enterprise and large-enterprise customers to map current processes and identify implementation requirements.
• Configure the hirify.global product and customer instances to support unique customer needs.
• Determine required input data from customer departments and transform data using SQL and Excel.
• Create implementation plans and timelines, and provide regular progress updates to customers.
• Configure compensation plans for required roles and support product integrations and APIs.
• Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer administrators and payees.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a relevant customer-facing role supporting North America, EU, or Australia regions.
• Experience handling enterprise customers and managing implementation projects independently.
• Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data transformation.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
