Global Banking & Markets Operations - Private Transaction Banking - Onboarding - Dallas - Vice President (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead complex client onboarding and due diligence across Transaction Banking products and services.
• Coordinate client documentation, KYC/CIP reviews, contract execution, product setup, training, and go-live activities.
• Partner with Coverage, Legal, Risk, Compliance, QA, and servicing teams across jurisdictions and industries.
• Manage and develop a small onboarding pod, including delivery oversight, mentoring, and career development for direct reports.
• Track onboarding throughput, metrics, and reporting while identifying process efficiencies and reducing time to go-live.
• Act as an escalation point for client issues, internal blockers, risk controls, and pre-go-live matters.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and policies across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Strong project management, process improvement, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with risk mitigation, client issue resolution, and adherence to compliance controls.
• Experience building, training, scaling, and managing teams and direct reports.

• Familiarity with policy nuances for Transaction Banking clients.
