VP, Product and UX (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

U.S. base salary: $245,000–$320,000 per year, plus profit sharing.

What you will do

• Shape product vision and strategy to drive revenue, retention, customer value, and long-term business growth.
• Lead product discovery and create software experiences that customers value and pay for.
• Manage and develop high-performing product managers and UX designers.
• Partner with engineering, customer success, marketing, executives, and enterprise customers to deliver companywide outcomes.
• Use customer insights to influence product direction and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Help transform product development through bold AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including executive leadership.
• 8+ years of experience leading dynamic product organizations.
• Deep product management and UX expertise, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success defining and executing strategies that drive revenue, retention, and growth.
• Experience leading product managers and UX designers and partnering across engineering, customer success, and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful perspective on AI's impact on product development.
