Salary: $245,000–$320,000, plus profit sharing

• Integrate bold new AI capabilities into product development and internal operations.
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic product management experience, including executive leadership.
• 8+ years of experience leading dynamic product organizations, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading successful B2B software product portfolios.
• Deep expertise in product management and UX principles.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with executive customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful perspective on AI.
