Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with attendance at the Cambridge office three days per week

Base salary: $143,000–$165,000 annually for US locations

What you will do

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering insurance comparison, purchase, and management experiences.
  • Analyze data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes and product opportunities.
  • Drive growth initiatives that increase user value, conversion, and revenue while optimizing existing features.
  • Identify underperformance, develop improvement strategies, and lead initiatives through execution and measurement.
  • Conduct market, partner-industry, and user research to inform product development and align stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience or relevant experience involving decision-making, cross-functional work, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SQL, dashboarding, product analytics, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating strategy, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Experience managing trade-offs and prioritizing initiatives to drive results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.
  • Ability to work from the Cambridge, Massachusetts office three days per week.
