Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; based in the Lisbon office with four days a week onsite. Occasional travel to the London headquarters and travel to support sales teams is required.

Salary: €80,000–€105,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Vault Expansion portfolio.
• Build and launch products and applications that extend the Vault Platform beyond Vault Core and Vault Payments.
• Partner with Engineering, Go-to-Market, marketing, sales engineering, partnerships, compliance, and legal teams to drive product delivery, adoption, and revenue.
• Represent customer needs internally by collecting feedback, identifying problems, and improving product quality.
• Evangelize the Vault Platform, join client calls, support product pitches, and help create compelling demos.
• Discover new business opportunities and develop Product Management best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a product-led technology company.
• Proven experience building and launching new products to market.
• Ability to think from first principles, debate ideas, and rapidly learn new concepts.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to engage in technical conversations.
• Experience working with API-driven products or infrastructure.
• Strong interest in UI/UX design and experience with wireframing tools such as Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience launching AI-related product features.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Previous software engineering or similar technical experience.
• Experience building enterprise software, data engineering products, or products from the ground up.
• Startup experience.
