Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area; hybrid work

Salary: $180K–$200K annually, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is modernizing payments infrastructure for the trucking and logistics industry, building products for fleet managers, drivers, freight brokers, and other transportation partners.

What you will do

• Develop product strategy and a point of view on competitive positioning and investment priorities.
• Own the roadmap, success metrics, sequencing, and prioritization for a core product area.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners across Sales, Partnerships, and Support.
• Conduct customer research with fleet managers and drivers through in-person and remote discovery sessions.
• Use GenAI tools such as Claude Code to prototype, communicate product concepts, and align stakeholders before engineering work begins.
• Partner with design and data teams to deliver accessible user experiences and measure product impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from vision and strategy through execution and go-to-market.
• Strong customer research, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to prototype and accelerate product work.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous and complex product launches.
• Comfort using data, including SQL or equivalent, to investigate questions and support decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, fuel cards, or fleet payments.
• Experience working at an early- or mid-stage startup.
• Experience building products for field-based, blue-collar, or underserved users.
