Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States; position based in Mountain View, California.

Salary: $170,000–$185,000 annually, varying by U.S. geographic market.

What you will do

• Own the Financial Services and Insurance product strategy and priorities.
• Translate the needs of private equity, venture capital, wealth management, banking, and insurance customers into product use cases and requirements.
• Influence product managers and roadmaps to deliver FSI-critical capabilities and successful product releases.
• Define FSI-specific AI agents, workflows, and document extraction capabilities.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, sales, marketing, and customer success on strategic customers, positioning, go-to-market plans, and success metrics.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and customer advisory sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience building products for the Financial Services and Insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of FSI workflows, including fund operations, investor servicing, wealth and advisory operations, banking, or insurance.
• Familiarity with applied AI and LLM concepts, including document extraction, agentic workflows, dataset creation, and model-output quality evaluation.
• Demonstrated success delivering new product functionality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
