Technology Recruiter

Location: New York, NY, USA; five days on-site in the New York office

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology, Quantitative Analytics, and related technical roles across geographies and seniority levels.
• Advise senior stakeholders on market intelligence, sourcing strategies, search execution, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while building relationships with prospective hires, business leaders, and HR colleagues.
• Develop search strategies with senior management, including direct sourcing and search firm engagement.
• Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, hiring teams, campus recruiting, and EMEA Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain recruiting data quality in the ATS and help evolve AI use in talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technology professionals, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business analysts.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, stakeholder management, communication, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, track industry trends, and develop talent search strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Workday, recruiting CRM tools, and AI or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in New York, USA.
