Lead Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA; in-office work four days per week with Fridays from home for employees near an office.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and multi-channel outreach.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes.
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics across searches.
• Improve recruiting workflows and experiment with AI-enabled recruiting technology.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
• Ability to own searches end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, and engineering stacks.
• Experience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
