Senior UX Researcher

Location: Poland, 100% remote. Limited travel required within Europe.

What you will do

• Plan, scope, and conduct generative, evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative research across complex product features.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, field research, surveys, card sorting, and basic product analytics.
• Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral data into actionable recommendations.
• Integrate continuous discovery and usability research into agile sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers to align business goals with user needs.
• Track usability metrics such as System Usability Scale, task success rates, and time-on-task, while identifying friction in user journeys.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, or product design research for digital platforms.
• Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience integrating research insights into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.
• Ability to independently own research projects from brief through presentation.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake limited travel within Europe.

• Experience researching data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• Experience with complex system migration projects.
