UX Researcher (AI)

What you will do

• Run UX research across consumer products including Keet, QVAC Workbench, and hirify.global Wallet, as well as developer portals and platforms.
• Identify UX best practices and emerging patterns across product categories.
• Research competitors and adjacent products to identify comparable solutions and experience gaps.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product designers and product managers.
• Partner with product teams across Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, and Stable Communications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build a reusable research repository and select qualitative or quantitative methods according to each research question.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience across consumer and/or developer products.
• End-to-end research experience, including defining questions, selecting methods, execution, synthesis, and communicating outcomes.
• Strong qualitative research skills, including interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry, with working familiarity with quantitative methods.
• Working knowledge of crypto wallets and self-custody, messaging or P2P, AI applications, or developer tooling.
• Experience researching products where trust, privacy, security, money movement, or technical complexity affect user experience.
• Mandatory AI fluency and excellent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience researching developer audiences and developer experience.
• Experience establishing UX research practices from scratch or scaling them across multiple product teams.
• Background in fintech, crypto, AI, P2P, or open-source ecosystems.
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving research methods.
• Ability to create low-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate potential improvements to user flows, functionality, and content structure.
