Functional Tester SME Domain (Payroll) (Functional Testing/Payroll): Testing and validating payroll applications for the Belgian market with an accent on payroll calculations, business rules, legislation, and end-to-end processes. Location: Antwerp, Geel, Ghent, Leuven, Mechelen, or Hasselt, Belgium; hybrid work with office attendance in Antwerp every Tuesday

What you will do
- Work with functional analysts, developers, and payroll experts to understand requirements and deliver reliable payroll software.
- Review business requirements and payroll processes to define expected functionality and outcomes.
- Perform functional and regression testing for P250 and SME applications before releases.
- Verify payroll calculations, business rules, legal requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, investigate root causes, document issues, and follow them through resolution.
- Validate end-to-end payroll processes across applications and maintain testing documentation.
Requirements
- Preferably 3–5 years of testing experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and persistence in investigating complex issues.
- Interest in software applications, payroll processes, testing methodologies, and supporting tools.
- Experience in payroll, HR administration, or payroll consulting is an asset.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work from the office in Antwerp every Tuesday.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of LOS21 and/or payroll.
- Experience with SQL, AQT, Ranorex, Selenium, or other testing tools.
