Location: Hybrid in Belgium (70% from home)

What you will do

Lead test automation projects from initial strategy definition through to full implementation.
Design, configure, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and tools.
Support pre-sales activities by developing proposals and delivering client presentations.
Provide technical expertise and training on automation strategies and toolsets.
Conduct automation assessments, ROI analysis, and develop strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
2-5 years of professional experience in test automation.
Proficiency with tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber.
Strong experience with structured programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices using Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Nice to have

Expertise in implementing structured automation processes aligned with manual testing workflows.
Fluency in French or Dutch in addition to English.
