What you will do

• Lead test automation projects from initial strategy definition through to full implementation.
• Design, configure, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and tools.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing proposals and delivering client presentations.
• Provide technical expertise and training on automation strategies and toolsets.
• Conduct automation assessments, ROI analysis, and develop strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber.
• Strong experience with structured programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices using Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Expertise in implementing structured automation processes aligned with manual testing workflows.
• Fluency in French or Dutch in addition to English.
