TL;DR
Testing Specialist (Web Accessibility) (QA and Accessibility): Preparing, executing, and coordinating application testing for international ICT projects with an accent on software quality, WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance, and accessibility analysis. Focus on designing automated test suites, validating complex application environments, and testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.

What you will do
- Prepare, execute, and report on application testing activities.
- Design testing techniques and automated test suites, and validate test results.
- Analyze test scenarios, prepare test cases, and maintain quality plans.
- Coordinate testing across multiple project teams and provide status reporting.
- Identify and communicate risks, deviations, and quality issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in multicultural and international project environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with complex application environments, testing methodologies, test design techniques, test case management, and change control procedures.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 Levels A and AA and EN 301 549 accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing, screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation, Accessibility Insights for Web, Google Lighthouse, or Siteimprove.
- Knowledge of Selenium, OpenText ALM, Octane, UFT One, Jira, ServiceNow, SoapUI, Confluence, xWiki, XML, VBScript, and mobile and cross-platform compatibility testing.
- Very good English at C1 level or French at C1 level is required. Knowledge of both languages, with one at C1 and the other at least B2, is an advantage.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist certification or a similar accessibility qualification.
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, PM², or similar methodologies.
