QA Engineer

What you will do

• Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes before production releases.
• Review specifications, refine acceptance criteria, and design test cases for happy paths, edge cases, and real-world logistics scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track reproducible bugs, then verify fixes through regression and smoke testing.
• Build product knowledge of the Transport Management Platform and prioritize testing based on business impact.
• Help develop the QA framework, improve test documentation and processes, and introduce test automation where it adds value.
• Share findings and risks with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders while promoting shared ownership of quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a similar quality-focused role, with strong manual testing experience.
• Strong analytical, product-thinking, and user-first approach with the ability to identify edge cases and translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear bug reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical background or strong technical curiosity, including basic code reading, API work, browser developer tools, logs, and simple SQL queries.
• Growth mindset and willingness to shape QA practices in a growing organization.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in test automation with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Postman.
• Experience helping to build a test automation framework.
• Interest or prior experience in logistics, TMS, ERP, or supply chain software.
