Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate – Commercial & Corporate Banking (West)

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois; the program may also place participants in Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine, Phoenix, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. Relocation within the United States may be available after successful completion.

Salary: $39,100–$126,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Complete a 24–30-month development program with classroom, formal, and on-the-job learning.
• Build expertise in credit solutions, risk management, financial products, and client-facing banking.
• Support commercial and corporate banking activities, including deals, sales, processes, customer interactions, and internal projects.
• Analyze and underwrite transactions, structure loans, and support loan portfolio management.
• Advise businesses, healthcare organizations, municipalities, higher education institutions, and nonprofits.
• Collaborate with business representatives and peers through mentoring, networking, job shadowing, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-relevant or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail, business acumen, and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, project management ability, and commitment to self-directed growth.
• Ability to work in an office environment; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
