Procurement Manager (Data Centre and Connectivity Domain)

Location: Poland, Serbia, or Cyprus; hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the role. Working from anywhere in the world is available for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for connectivity and data centre services, from market engagement and negotiation to execution, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Lead sourcing activities, including RFx preparation, supplier evaluation, award recommendations, and supplier onboarding.
• Manage renewals, renegotiations, service-level agreement compliance, corrective actions, and contract documentation.
• Track and report savings, identify total cost of ownership optimization opportunities, and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate procurement activities with legal, finance, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Improve procurement processes and develop, implement, and track procurement KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data centres, colocation, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or related industries.
• Understanding of colocation and data centre services.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supplier and market engagement.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with colocation providers or data centre operators.
• Experience with infrastructure sourcing, colocation sales, or customer-facing infrastructure roles.
• Familiarity with major global data centre markets and large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
