Finance Head - Greater China

What you will do

• Act as the financial co-pilot for Greater China leadership teams, partnering with General Managers, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Lead commercial finance performance management, including sales tracking, KPI steering, reporting frameworks, and Joint Business Plan monitoring.
• Manage price, mix, margin, profitability, promotional investment, trade rebates, and BMI cost control.
• Coordinate S&OP, forecasting, risk and opportunity discussions, and Monthly Business Reviews for the Greater China Leadership Team.
• Develop innovation and strategic business cases and provide financial guidance to the CFO, GM, and CMO.
• Drive cash flow planning and identify process centralization and value creation opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience leading commercial finance partnering across complex markets and broad stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage financial performance planning, forecasting, S&OP, and business review cadences.
• Experience with pricing, margin, profitability, promotional investment, and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to build and evaluate innovation and strategic business cases.
• Capability to influence senior leadership and collaborate with regional, global, commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
