Sr. Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly opex reporting packages, analyze trends, drivers, and variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage annual operating plans and forecasts while improving forecast accuracy.
• Support business-group allocations and provide qualified commercial commentary.
• Enhance marketing communications tracking and analysis across quarters, activities, product segments, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Automate comprehensive trackers and opex analysis, and manage purchase order receiving, accruals, and monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Support internal audit reporting, finance systems education, AI/BI transformation projects, and collaboration with regional finance, marketing, and corporate functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs.
• Experience managing large volumes of financial data accurately and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with OneStream and Oracle; knowledge of Tableau or other BI systems and database relationship structures is highly recommended.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
