What you will do

  • Manage quarterly Opex reporting packages, analyzing trends, drivers, and variances to provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee AOP and forecasting processes with a focus on continuous improvement in accuracy.
  • Enhance and automate comprehensive financial trackers and Opex analysis tools.
  • Manage PO receiving and accruals to ensure prompt and compliant monthly and quarterly closing.
  • Engage in corporate digital transformation projects by implementing AI and BI solutions.
  • Act as a finance and systems expert to educate business and regional teams on financial policies and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs.
  • Experience with OneStream, Oracle, and BI systems like Tableau.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across global cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of database relationship structures.
