Finance Business Partner APAC - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the APAC business.
• Analyse financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and deliver timely regional reporting.
• Partner with business leaders and APAC distributors on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and support improved financial performance.
• Evaluate projects, investments, and growth opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Improve financial processes and data accuracy while supporting compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, including 5+ years post-qualification or 5+ years of commercial finance experience.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, executive stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
