Solution Manager (Supply Chain, Transformation)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end transportation, fulfilment, and logistics solutions for global clients.
• Lead multiple supply chain improvement and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Optimize route planning, load utilization, carrier allocation, and operational performance.
• Support presales activities, proposal development, solution design, and new business opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, advisory sessions, and executive discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods and leverage AI, RPA, Oracle, SAP, ERP, TMS, OTM, and WMS technologies.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in a global, complex environment, ideally in consulting, BPO, or SSC organizations.
• Strong expertise in transportation and logistics across air, ocean, road, and warehousing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain technologies including ERP, TMS, OTM, WMS, Oracle, SAP, AI, or RPA.
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Confident English communication and experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
