What you will do

• Lead daily operations for the restaurant, bar, or café and maintain smooth service flow.
• Build, coach, and motivate supervisors and team members.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere with consistent, high-quality guest service.
• Develop team knowledge of menus, promotions, and activations while partnering with kitchen, marketing, and F&B teams.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, costs, revenue, and overall performance while protecting the guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.

Requirements

• Experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue.
• At least one year of leadership experience in food and beverage.
• Experience building teams and supporting employee development.
• Understanding of the balance between service quality and commercial results.
• Confidence with budgets, staffing, and cost control.
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
