What you will do

• Lead daily store operations and ensure consistent execution of operational processes.
• Oversee back-of-house activities, including shipments, inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, damage processing, and returns.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, product availability, and shrink control in a high-volume retail environment.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, technology, safety standards, operational policies, and loss-prevention protocols.
• Provide floor leadership during peak periods and coach team members on product knowledge, fit, function, visual standards, and product placement.
• Partner with the Store Leader and Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Allocation, and People & Culture teams to improve execution and share product-flow and customer insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retail leadership or operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes.
• Strong customer-service mindset with effective issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
